Did you know that dancing is therapeutic? But some forms of exercise are more effective than others. Scientists have found that the best form of exercise is surprisingly the Tango! I grew up hearing about the virtues of dancing from my father, Arthur Murray, the foremost dancing instructor of his time, but I didn't believe a word of it! However, it turned out that Daddy was right!
