Update and Contest

After a dreary winter that included recovery from a fractured hip, my husband, Hank and I will have a glorious, we hope, ten days in Florida. High point of the trip, at least for me, will be a book signing at a newly opened book store in Sarasota. I will have the name of the store in my next blog.

Question: What is a blog? You know what a blog is. Your kindergartner grandchildren know what a blog is. But plenty of people are wallowing in ignorance. Example: Our son Philip's favorite joke, "I love to visit my parents they make me feel like a genius". To educate these seniors, we are holding a contest.

Shall We Dance

Good news from the world of dancing. Scientists have discovered that the best form of exercise, particularly for patients with Parkinson's Disease, is ballroom dancing. What's more, these scientists specify that the best form of dancing is the Tango.
